Something for a Monday

It's hard to keep talk about lovely things like food and the like when there's so much going on in Japan. But I think we need a little something to perk ourselves up.

Like some chocolate cake cookies with peanut butter cream cheese icing!

This is what I made with the left-over chocolate cake mix from the pancake incident. These were much much MUCH better than the pancakes. And frankly I could have eaten a whole bowl of the icing...

Ooops....
